This set is 48mm thick.
This is a fantastic grade two piece body blank set, with stunning black streaks running throughout. This will make a really fantastic looking instrument! The set is photographed from both sides, both natural and sprayed with Naphtha. This helps to show the true colour and grain patterns. Dimensions can also be found in the images, the outline drawn on the blank is just as a reference to help show the size of the set.
Black Limba / White Limba, as with many African hardwood species, occasionally will have a few bug holes somewhere in the set. This is completely normal for Limba. It is actually these bug holes that cause the sought after orange coloured ambrosia Spalting commonly found in Limba!
This is a 2 piece body set. If you require this set to be jointed and glued before shipped, then that isn’t a problem to do, but does require a additional fee of £32.50 and will delay shipping by one or two days.
