This is a 2 piece body blank. Dimensions can be seen along the bottom and left hand side of the images. The guitar stencil outline is just to help show the size of the set – the set can obviously be used to make any guitar shape the customer desires. The set is dry and ready to use. Images show the same set from both sides.
This is top grade American Red Alder. A fantastic wood for guitar and bass bodies. As used by the likes of Fender for their Master Built custom shop guitars, and many others! It is super resonant, carves beautifully and takes a high shine from sanding alone. It is also very lightweight, on a par with the lightest Swamp Ash bodies.
